Our team conducted a comprehensive site evaluation and established a material-forward strategy that prioritized durable limestone and clay paver surfaces, integrated shade, layered lighting, and strong entertainment zones. The goal was to transform the property into a multi-functional retreat that blends natural beauty with handcrafted design and modern outdoor comfort.

The outdoor kitchen and masonry bar were completed with a 2-inch marble countertop beneath the raised canopy, while the rough sawn cedar TV mount and custom shade sail introduced strong architectural layering. The custom fire pit and Radius Indiana limestone coping refined the hardscape edges, and in-grade and ledge lighting systems were calibrated alongside ambient string lighting to create a warm, cohesive nighttime environment framed by vibrant softscape plantings.
