The First Step to a Great Outdoor Space

At Greenscape Landscaping, every exceptional project begins with a comprehensive plan. The first phase, Concept, is where our in-house team of experts collaborates with you to transform your vision into a reality. This process starts with an in-person visit to your property, allowing our team to understand your unique needs and aspirations.

We then create a set of tangible 2D and 3D drawings and renderings, providing a clear visual of what your completed hardscapes and softscapes will look like. This is an interactive stage where you can work closely with our team to refine the mockups and renderings until they perfectly align with your dreams.

Following the concept materials, we provide a comprehensive budgetary outline with all project details and itemized costs, ensuring transparency and alignment before moving to the next phase.

Design

Creating Your Unique Outdoor Space

The second phase, Design, is where your great plan takes shape. Greenscape’s in-house landscape design team specializes in creating unique, architecturally correct hardscapes and softscapes for both residential and commercial properties. Our designs are custom-built to suit the style of your property, your neighborhood, and your personal vision.

For new construction, we coordinate with the builder to ensure that key landscaping elements complement the structure, using similar materials and addressing special considerations like drainage and utilities. This "turn-key" service is an interactive process, with our team working closely with you to create a design that aligns with your dreams.

Once the design is finalized and the comprehensive budgetary stage is complete and approved, we sign an Accountability Contract to ensure the budget is firm with no surprises as we move forward.

Build

Bringing Your Vision to Life

This is where Greenscape really stands out from the competition. Once your design is finalized, the third phase, Build, begins. Before the first hole is dug, our team takes care of all the necessary preparations, including locating underground utilities and obtaining all work permits. We then accept delivery of sourced materials and begin the physical construction of your new landscape.

During the Build phase, our team will communicate with you face-to-face each day to ensure every detail is addressed. We work from a "punch" list of all remaining tasks to guarantee nothing is missed. The final result is a well-orchestrated project that is executed skillfully, bringing your planned hardscapes and softscapes to life.

Maintain

Preserving Your Investment

The final phase, Maintain, is where we ensure your newly created landscape continues to flourish. Unlike a "Chuck in a truck" service, we are a full-service professional landscape company with the expertise and equipment to manage your property year-round.

We offer a flexible approach, from a la carte services to a comprehensive maintenance program tailored to your needs. This can include a detailed post-winter cleanup in the spring, ongoing turf and weed management throughout the summer, and a final fall cleanup to prepare your property for the colder months.
